We are a full-serve web development and design company that works out of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. We service small businesses, education centers and individuals in the Peterborough area and beyond.
Our staff boasts over 15 years of experience working with web technologies. As our work is done remotely, we are transparent to your customers and daily operations.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with complete and modern web solutions. We work with you, and are not finished until you are completely satisfied.
Our website is currently undergoing a complete revamp, so most content is currently unavailable. If you’re interested, you can get a sneak peek at an early version of our redesign. There’s nothing on it for the moment, but stay tuned. We have a lot more content coming along with the update, and expect it to be live by mid-June.
In the meantime, you will find select pieces of work we have done, as well some articles from our collection of resources to help you get started with creating a website of your very own. If you wish to contact us, you may do so by using our contact form or posting a comment on one of our articles.
We make websites, but we do much more than that. Whether you need a single-page website to advertise your business or event, or a complete content management system that allows you to manage and update your own website without needing a programmer, we can help.
We also help businesses and organizations transform their paper training materials into online training solutions, allowing them to reach new customers and add value for existing ones.
Everything we create is rigorously tested to ensure it is accessible to those with physical and cognitive disabilities.
Inspiration for this design came from a bulletin board that was posted near the exit of a local grocery store.
The board was covered with ads, business cards and signs for Peterborough-area businesses and individuals advertising their products and items for sale. Ads were pinned up using tacks or staples, and some were taped.
The cork board was filled, and it was interesting to see each posted item point to the next, creating a visual collage of information. It was this simplicity and organized chaos that we wanted to pay homage to with this website’s design.
Inspiration can come from anywhere. The most important thing is to keep an open mind.
You can find beauty in the simplicity of common items, such as how the condensation collects on the outside of a half-full glass of water, or how the water glistens as it rushes past dirt that has collected in a storm drain.
Even magazine pages can be inspirational. They present information in much the same way as a website; content is presented in a logical order, using visual cues, such as bullets and graphics, that guide the reader’s eye to its important blocks of information.
